This explains to a great extent some of the crazy decisions politicians have been making for thousands of years!

I might be a little late on this one but it is so good I have to put it here:

It is quite a riot. I don't know how this came to be. Hmmmm... I wonder.

This just came through on Slashdot:

"The CBC has notes and an interview with Dane Rasmus Nielsen who decided to reduce the confusion between 'free as in speech' and 'free as in beer' by making a beer free -- in speech. The result is Vores Oel, an open source beer. The CBC site includes the recipe for the beer which is made with Guarana beans, and gives it a bit of a caffeine-like hit. The danish site downloads include the label for the beer (which is also Open Source)."

Thanks, guys! This is just another example of how the open source philosophy is spreading into so many areas of our lives: music, art, photography, food and now beer (to name only a few). Bring it on!

Tough to see what is happening. You can tell it's a party, though.

This guy was good at getting the crowd into it. He like to interact, which was cool. At one point, he even got up on the speaker and started dancing, but the Chinese bouncer kicked him off!

Ever thought about the word guru? If you spell it out loud you end up with g - u - r - u.

Say it and see if you get it...

Sounds kind of like what it is: "Gee, you are you."

And indeed that is what a guru is. Someone who is entirely himself or herself (PC, I know).

Of course, there is also much more as well.

We are all gurus when we look inside...
